The Golden Service Awards were created and launched in 1991 by Kimberly-Clark Professional as part of a continuing programme to promote excellence in its products and recognise and reward service standards in the away-from-home market. The Awards are acknowledged internationally as the hallmark of quality and a powerful tool in the promotion of excellence.
